Apache, PHP & MySQL on Docker on Ubuntu

Set up a local LAMP development environment (PHP, MySQL and Apache) under Docker using Ubuntu.
Docker is useful, when you would like to develop code, running inside of connected containers. You can easily change software library versions inside the containers, apply and see your code changes immediately, just as other people running the same containers could.
