Dark Souls 3 - Havels Ring +2 Location

You have to be in NG++ or higher to acquire +2 rings.

The location of this is ring just under where you join the Darkmoon Covenant. Head to the Anor Londo Bonfire, and go down the rotating lift's stairs. From there, head across the gap (there is an illusory floor) across to the tower up ahead. Proceed to the tower and fall down the rafters and the ring is the last lootable item in the tower.

The Havles Ring +2 ring boosts maximum equipment load.
