All you need is 2 resistance loops and some determination to get in the best shape of your life!

This is a oblique and lower belly focused workout using 2 resistance loops to intensify the exercises. By holding the loop you engage your arms and upper back and having the loop around your legs engages your lower abs and hips. Working multiple muscle groups at the same time will maximize your results and give you a balanced, well proportioned physique.
