This War Of Mine Cheat Engine Multiple Loots (see description)

When taking the items you should click the left mouse button first for like 5 times and then you can use the RMButton so that items will transfer quickly.

Also the game crashes sometimes when abused so I recommend going to 250 items only.

Lastly your items should be 5 or more to do this if it's not, the game will crash (from my experience)
