Special rules i use:
-No use any crafting station unless quest need it
-No use any poition unless quest need it
-No use any scrols unless quest need it
-No use any glitch, bug that give advantage
-No smithing, no alchemy, no enchanting, cooking
ONLY Allowed recharge enchanted items that need charged refilled.
