This is my beginner version of my "barre with no barre" training method. This barre helps with strength, balance, and turnout. Beginner ballet class doesn't mean easy, so take your time with your technique and conditioning! No judgments. Just do your best and you WILL get stronger! (Wearing a Cloud and Victory leotard!)
