I've been really slow in uploading and I was sick when I made this but #whatever

Download GraphicsGale: http://www.humanbalance.net/gale/us/index.html
TL;DW:

* The entire options and display menus are customizable- play around with it and move them to your place of comfort
* You probably don't need the Frame or Loupe displays
* Gale can't work with gifs unless you buy the full version- so you won't be doing much with frames.
* Toolbars aren't really in the way, but again you won't need the Frame toolbar
