BASIC: Copy the following commands and paste them into ANY (under special):

Right homerow modifiers on keys J, K, L, ;

MT(MOD_RSFT,KC_J)
MT(MOD_RCTL,KC_K)
MT(MOD_RALT,KC_L)
MT(MOD_RGUI,KC_SCLN)

Left homerow modifiers on keys A, S, D, F
******************************************
MT(MOD_LGUI,KC_A)
MT(MOD_LALT,KC_S)
MT(MOD_LCTL,KC_D)
MT(MOD_LSFT,KC_F)

Other cool commands you can use with ANY:
**********************************************
backspace, when hold jump to Layer 4: LT(4,KC_BSPC)
sticky shift - OSM(MOD_LSFT)
ctrl-c C(KC_C)
ctrl-v C(KC_V)
alt-tab A(KC_TAB)

Via is simple but also very limited. We cannot configure any delays, timing or any bilateral combinations. The HRM shown with Via are very basic.

ADVANCED HRM, you have two options:
1.) QMK and create your own firmware and configure more advance HRM. This does require serious effort that is why Via exists.
2.) Kanata (recommended)
This is a tool that you run on your computer, allowing you to configure very advanced HRM, including bilateral combinations and timing options. Make sure to disable your HRM on your hardware!! It's simple and consists of one executable that you download and a configuration file.
