The latest Transcontinental Race of Champions series (T-ROC) is the Carnival Cup, hosted by Carla Veloso in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lightning McQueen, Jeff Gorvette, Carla Veloso, Shu Todoroki, Raoul CaRoule, and Francesco Bernoulli are the initial releases for the Carnival Cup. All have been released as a single except for Raoul, who is only available in a 4-Pack along with Lightning, Jeff, and Carla. The Carnival Cup series is exclusive to Target stores and the official release date is February 28, 2016. However, some stores are putting them out early.
