I decided to buy Dell Alienware Aurora R8 with an Intel i9 9900k processor which is a gaming PC after a long comparison with the Intel Core i7-8700K Desktop Processor and am glad i did.
I know there have been several videos,discussions and comparisons of the i7-8700K and other i9 processors simply because it's a popular and fast processor when it comes to gaming or when used for games which i agree.
The only notable difference with the two processors according to CPU benchmark comparison website cpu.userbenchmark.com are as follows.

Intel® Core™ i9 9900K
8 Cores, 16 Threads @3.6GHz, Coffee Lake.
Release date: Q4 2018.


Intel-Core-i7-8700K
6 Cores, 12 Threads @3.7GHz, Coffee Lake.
Release date: Q4 2017.

It's clear that the winner here is the Intel® Core™ i9 9900K but of course both processors handle games very well and in my opinion, you don't need a high end processor such as the Intel-Core-i9-9980XE which i wanted to buy but would have just been a waste of money because i wasn't going to use the computer for video editing or extreme processing of which that processor is designed for.
Below were my configuration for the Dell Alienware Aurora R8 Intel i9 9900k and one thing to go for to make your computer fast or faster is to get an SSD but MOST importantly buy the M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD which are more faster and install only windows on that.
Please note that my boot up time was between 8-10 seconds which is brilliant in my opinion.
