in case if something will happen to the online download of software via installer -
GCN 21.12.1 - 22.8.2 Dependencies mirror link - https://mega.nz/file/Y4cEgDzL#ORl2G1hshPgVGXdQBmly8jtPQvLnMiVowjJv8uskFJM , unzip & place it into "Dependencies" folder, then run the NzSetupCLI.exe & run [4](software install) , in case if installer is unable to find the dependencies file due to some kind of a bug then try to install software by double clicking the dependencies file.
