Bioshock - Fort Frolic Downstairs ''Secret Room''

First time playing the game and wanting to explore everything I stumbled upon this, i found the door bell before and used the weapon upgrade and even cracked the safe, but for some reason I must have walked past the enemy and so the door did not unlock. Make sure you do all 3 things. Hope this helps some of you :)
