What is Global Citizenship Education and which methodologies are effective to promote it?

The Centre for International Cooperation in Trento (Italy) answers this question on a daily basis through transformative education actions that embrace very different contexts with the aim of building a unique learning process together.
In particular, five experiences among those developed by the Centre over the years are presented in the recent publication 'Imagining and Practising Global Citizenship Education. ECG training at the Centre for International Cooperation in Trento', co-published by the Centre and the UNESCO Regional Office for Science and Culture in Europe.
