This van was owned by a gov't agency and was used as a work van, engine cranks and runs but engine is running rough with the service engine soon light blinking (usually a emissions issue), transmission shift in all gears, AC is not working, all tires are in 80% tread lift left and in good condition. The most negative thing to mention is the paint on the hood, sides and top which is terrible to say the least (Very common issues with Chevrolet vans of this era with clearcoat and paint failure....it is what it is.....a cheap work van that needs work.
