Audient id14 trouble shoot (windows 11 Dell g5)

I got my new id14 at a low price recently, it's a really nice interface. However every time the interface turns on/off it outputs a impulse noise to my speakers. Audient support can't solve my problem (they ask me to update my driver). Maybe anyone on YouTube can help? I guess audient didn't design a power protect circuit or it's my Dell g5 have bad usb port design.
