#Ingredient
Flour 225gm
Sugar 80gm
Butter 10gm
Margarine 140gm
Yeast 121/2gm
Salt a pinch

#METHOD
1.Mix Water Sugar And Yeast. Leave Aside Till frothy.
2.Take Flour Add Yeast Mix And Knead.
3.Mix butter And Salt And Add To dough.
4.Make a like dough and
keep aside 20-25 minutes.
5.cream margarine and divide margarine into 3 parts.
6.After proving dough.
7.roll out the dough into rectangle and apply margarine and fold and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
8.Repeat the last two steps.
9.Make a fold without applying margarine and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
10.After rolling cut 8 pcs.
11.Make a design you required.
12.keep aside for 30 minutes.
13.Bake at 200 degree for 15-20 minutes.
14.Brush with fruit jam.
15.Ready to serve.
