In this video, we explore some more advanced features of the keygroup track, and use it to split and layer different samples across the key range. You can use this to design your own unique, self-contained instruments on the Akai Force and MPC. We set up each keygroup layer in such a way that it has its own unique properties, such as ADSR envelope and filter, as well as each sample having its own unique effects.
