Refurbished means completely tested which is obviously not the case. I still need to test the hard drive with a utility.

This unit was purchased to replace the exact same model with a broken screen. Purpose was to transfer the broken laptop hard drive and memory to the ebay purchased working unit to avoid switching parts and the required labor.
