Skyrim Racemenu Replacer Tutorial

Edit: I have realized at the end when Archiving the file, make sure to add the face mesh in the actors/character/facegen folder, or the replacer won't work as a BSA. Sorry about that.

Here's a tutorial for creating a replacer for a Skyrim npcs that is completely standalone. For this tutorial, I used my custom voice follower Caryalind.
This tutorial covers what to gather from racemenu for the npc, how to add custom skin textures, custom hair, eyes, heads, and how to make it work in game.
