Exploring a corrupted Cities: Skylines save

I loaded my city and it was like this. All sorts of random things where they really don't belong, and the water levels were all weird as well. Thankfully it fixed itself after quitting the game and restarting, though I did save a copy of the corrupted world under another name so I could go back to it.


Two things worth mentioning about when I loaded my save: first, this was right after I bought the Parklife DLC. Also, I didn't load right into that save when I started playing; I was playing a scenario and I loaded this save from the menu there.
