Calamity is one of my favorite gaming experiences ever. Terraria is already a fantastic game, and the Calamity Mod just amplifies all of it. Not to mention the absolutely fantastic Calamity OST.

This was a fun video to create. Calamity is my second favorite game of all time (Terraria is great but I just prefer Calamity) behind Outer Wilds (PLAY THAT GAME NOW YOU SON OF A).

This video started about two months ago when I got the idea. I had just finished my third Infernum playthrough (this time with a friend), and I just thought it’d be cool. There have been tier list videos, but only one worst to best. I thought my higher quality editing and experience would make this a good video (though I respect that mans bravery to go head on into the Calamity community with a list like that, like I genuinely do).

It took about a week to actually assemble the list, and not for a lack of trying. Trying to come up with the objective numbers for these things is hard. Most of all: There were constant ties. While I could add another category like audio, it just didn’t stick. I settled on something that would solve both issues: A personal Bias category, that could only go up to 3 points to be fair.

This is where I actually started working on it.

I started by actually ranking all them, this took a while.

Then I wrote down 90% of what you see here on docs. That took A LONG TIME. Writing over an hours worth of stuff is difficult. I tried not to use the phrase “goes hard” a lot but still used it lmao.

Then I got footage, this took a while, but not too long since I’ve already done all these bosses a handful of times (and by "not too long" I mean over 10-15 hours).

And finally, I obsessively edited this for about a week. If that doesn’t sound like long, that’s because I was working on it 7-9 hours a day. I am not okay-
