COMMON PROBLEMS & THEIR FIXES:
► "Failed to bind port. Perhaps a server is already running on that port?": Make sure there is nothing in the "server-ip=" in the server.properties file. And go to your Task Manager and end any java processes.

► "The 'Add Port' button is greyed out for me. I can't add a port!": For success on adding a port use the FIRST download link for BukkitGUI. The 2nd link seems to give more people trouble.

► "When I try to start my server, it says 'Could not create the Java virtual machine.'" You set invalid settings in the superstart tab. Make sure your minimum RAM is different from 0, and your maximum RAM is higher then 512MB

► Something like "Failed to login: servers are down for maintenance": All you have to do is turn off your firewall, login to your server, logout, turn back on your firewall and you should be good. If not then you are going to have to add an exception in the firewall. (google is your friend)
