The first sentence:
この カード の 攻撃力・守備力 は、この カード の レベル ×２００ ポイント に なる。

Translation:
This card's ATK and DEF points, become this card's level *200 points.

Vocabel list:
この= this
カード= card
の= 's (genitive)
攻撃力= ATK points
・= you can translate it with "and"
守備力= DEF points
は=subject marker
レベル= level
ポイント= points
に=preposition marker
なる= become
