Court Appeal They look scared of proof of surrender

I did not get a chance to respond to this case in many ways I will explain online. I am calling the florida governance here after feeling cheated on my case. They might of had my mom threatened to not go to my house before the court case is over to prevent me from having a vehicle to goto the court clerk.

They were constantly talking over me not letting me speak to overspeak them to look aggressive as if I cannot handle people well. They had someone hang up on me before I started recording. I did two or three calls to two departments to get run arounds to not be able to appeal my case. They appear scared of my case due to international exposure of court hearing to russia/china/nk/middle east. Im dealing with murderous transgression of fbi/thought recording they are defending it and not allowing me a true hearing.

They also had me on hold for 30 minutes before I started to record and then they started to answer. With thought recording communication to fbi they started to stop avoiding me and then got aggressive to make me have to speak over them for me to look aggressive if i ever speak denying me my rights to appeal by doing all kinds of tactics on the phone is what this appears to be. Thought recording cause traumatic stress to cut off the mind from remembering what it wanted to say. Make me look aggressive to support the the judges judgement vs appeal trying to avoid the case in its true form it appears.

They appear to be stripping my rights to provide proof in court and not give me a re-hearing.

They told me they do not record when I asked for the first one to be recorded. another one hung up on me. they appear to be avoiding the court case they had setup this morning; i wanted a rehearing today where I have my rights to provide proof to defend my life in court and it is unlikely they will allow it to happen. Stripping rights of guns and my rights to a fair trial while they know I was going to respond with proof due to thought recording and my twitter they monitor and I did not get a chance to provide it they almost appear to sometimes be crying scared of an appeal/fair trial.

20:20 - She gives me an email that doesnt work while they were avoiding how to file online. I tried to send an email the first night she gave it to me.
19:09 - I could not speak to them they appear to be stripping my rights on the spot.
14:20 appears to make them breakdown on proof of surrender. they have thought recording insight and appear to want to deny me rights of proof in court/rehearing. She is cutting me off so much I have to keep trying to speak over her. I appear to be being crowd controlled to override my speech and not help me file an appeal online.

They bought time as they should not of been able to respond to my early morning changes/writings against them and now get to try to outdo me in court to not speak about my proofs or to reject them as unimportant so I used deepseek and was searching rights and made sure I followed everything and my proofs are valid for more trial. I am supposed to have rights and I have had no rights in usa for the past 20 years. This case being forced to be spoken about by russia would be glorious. I will do the important timestamps recorded so far I will likely be calling them more as i have to do an appeal and they will likely try to do tactics on the phone to make me look bad.

How would an appeal be filed? This was asked to 4-6 people before starting to record.
