I found a way of installing an Aux input through my RCD300 (the origional CD player in my early Touran VW), thought I'd share the easy install instructions.

I had already installed it but thought I'd quickly go through it again as a demo. Its easy to push the Aux lead through the dash panels.

The AUX-IN adapter imitates a CD-changer. It connects just like typical CD changer through radio or sat navigation mini-ISO
socket. Using this adapter it is possible to have any source of sound connected with 3,5mm Jack plug allowing the use of iPOD, PDA, MP3 Player,portable CD Player, Car, PC or Laptop in your
car.
