Using SQL Developer (20.2) Oracle Data Miner (against a 19.3 database) for a small dataset to build a Regression Model

Note : By default, input data is automatically split into "Train" (aka "Build") and "Test" sets of data. So, not all the rows are included in the built Regression model (the default split is 60% of the rows are used for the "Build" and 40% for "Test"). In the video, I have shown the Built model so the "Number of rows" in the built model is about 60% of the dataset.
