This video shows how to make a standing water vortex in mine craft,. This is not a shallow hole in the water. It can be made to go very deep, all the way to the bottom of the ocean! Not only is it cool to look at, it can be used to trap monster, creepers, skeletons and zombies as well. This unusual object is build in creative mode, but can be built in survival mode as well. Dirt blocks are used to displace water, and it will only work if built in the proper order or else the vortex will collapse. There are so many interesting things you can build in Mine Craft when you put your imagination to work.
