RECIPE TITLE: Basic technique for stir-fry shrimp in 4 minutes

COOK TIME: 4 minutes

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp of canola oil
1/2 cup of chopped onion
4 oz (1 cup) of large shrimp
2 cups of asparagus

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat up the wok for about 60 sec.
2. Add 2 tbsp of canola oil.
3. Heat up the oil for 90 sec. (See video for details)
4. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion. Stir fry for 30 sec.
5. Add 4 oz of shrimp to the wok. Stir fry for about 40 sec.
6. Add 2 cups of asparagus. Stir fry for about 90 sec.

8. Dish is ready to serve.
9. Season is with 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper
