Installation of Oracle SQL 11-g | [INS-20802]Oracle Net Configuration Assistant Failed, Error

[INS-20802] Oracle Net Configuration Assistant Failed, while installing Oracle SQL, this may be due to some malfunctioning in previous installation.
Basically what you need to do is you need to completely remove oracle from your system then download it again.
