Dr. Vijayraghavan is the Indian Government’s Chief Scientific Advisor, reporting directly to the Prime Minister. AI reports on India tend to be elitist from top-down view only. Is India headed toward a crash of civilization? Should there be population control plans? Democracy needs popular policies and do these prevent long-term plans requiring short-term sacrifices. Clearly, there is a lot of potential for future collaboration.
