In this sim companies new player guide, you will learn how to make money in sim companies, how to play sim companies, and the best sim companies tips and tricks to get you started and have a successful start up.

This series will explore sim companies sales offices, in episode 3.
In episode 2 we will explore the best money tricks in sim companies.

Welcome to the startup guide for SimCompanies.

If you are a new player, this is the guide for you.

In this guide I will show you how you can get started, level up fast, and learn a few basics so that you can really enjoy this game without too much headache.

In Episode 1 , the first 24 hours I will show you how to go from zero to $400000 in company value, and how to reach level 10 in under 10 hours

00:41. Phase 1 - The buyer and supplier achievement

Go to the exchange and sell everything in your warehouse,
Then buy the cheapest power with all the money you have.

Sell all your power at the cheapest rate so you sell it fast.

Do this until you get all the buyer achievements, and supplier achievement level 4.

Because
there will be a slight
loss of 3% when you pay the exchange sales fees

It is not worth doing this to get the supplier achievement lvl 5 right now.
Personal assistant quests

There is a link in the description for the personal assistant quests guide where you will find the best answers to give.

When you receive the 200 sausages quest, stop there until we get to phase 5 . Don't do that quest until phase 5, as it will allow you to gain the most cash then, doubling your resources.

level one and level two both two more

Build 3 grocery stores upgrade them to level 2
Dont upgrade building higher than level 2 at this point because you lose resources if you destroy the building.
We will be using the Grocery stores for the next step


02:06 Phase 3 - Retailer Achievement and XP to reach LVL 5

You can reach this in one and a half hours to 2 hours from starting

On the plantation produce seeds in 30 minutes intervals, for level 1 that will be around 450 seeds

Buy Frozen Pizza on the exchange and sell it in your Grocery stores for a lower price than recommended so that you sell them faster.
If they retail for $483 , set the retail price at $470 - It's less profit, but will sell faster.

Sell them in 20 minutes intervals, set your timer and come back in 20 minutes to do this all over again.

This will get us a lot experience while making a lot of money from retail sales, so we can get the retailer achievement lvl 5 which is 50000 in cash.

Do this until you reach level 5 where you become a family owned business and gain one more construction slot and the ability to scrap buildings

03:16 Phase 4 - Prospector level 3 - $80.000 in cash - Scrap 100 mines, quarries, rigs

During the first 12 hours of starting the game, with the 3 x multiplier, the quarry will take you 1hr to build.

Set your timer and come back and scrap and rebuild all the quarries.

04:22 Extra Tip - Sim Boosts
Get the starter pack . to keep the 2x multiplier longer and extra sim boosts to unlock construction slots.
Great investment. If you are getting the starter pack, make sure you have one construction slot empty because it will give you a electronic store building that you can scrap and sell the parts for cash.

Use the sim boosts to unlock the 50 sim boost construction slot.

Keep your sim boosts every day and in 5 days you will be able to unlock the 100 sim boost construction slot.

05:05 Phase five - Physics Laboratory and sausage quest
After achieving prospector lvl 3, scrap all the buildings and build a physics laboratory, which is the most expensive building in the game.

After the construction is complete, make sure you dont have any other buildings besides the physics laboratory.

Buy 200 sausages on the exchange and go to your personal assistant chat and accept the challenge, which will upgrade the building instantly to level 2 adding an additional 165000 to your resources.

Which will bring your company value to around $400000

When you reach lvl 10 , you can now sell bonds but, dont do this until you are done with scrapping buildings.
