If you're as salty as I am and are having trouble doing the first mission in the game, then follow this video to see how to resolve the terminal bug. If you're viewing all the files, opened the drawer, looked at your file, and still can't get the option part of this first quest to go away, you'll want to reload the quicksave that Cyberpunk gives you just as the beginning dialogue finishes. After that, go to the terminal, click on all of the files, make sure to view your own profile from your workplace, and then that's it. It should now mark the optional part of this mission complete and the game should redirect you to the garage.
