How powerful are the swords of the warrior of Vikings?
I tried to forging it with Viking's original Damascus pattern.
It seems to be more advantageous for cutting than a longsword.

Blade length is 78cm and weight is 1.24Kg. It's lighter than a longsword but it's a one-handed sword. So I feel it is a bit heavy.
I missed the sword during the cutting test because of oil on the handle leather.
It was lobbed 20m and fell 3m down into a creek... Will it be okay?

전투 민족 바이킹의 칼은 얼마나 위력적일까요?
바이킹 고유의 다마스커스 패턴으로 만들어 보았습니다.
형태를 보면 롱소드 보다 베기에 유리할거 같습니다.

칼날 78cm, 무게 1.24Kg. 롱소드 보다는 가볍지만 한손검이라,
약간 묵직하면서 아주 경쾌하게 휘둘러 지진 않네요.
핸들 가죽에 마감한 오일 때문에 베기 테스트 하면서 칼을 놓쳐 버리고 말았습니다.
20m를 날아가서 3m 아래 개울로 떨어졌는데.. 과연 무사했을까요? ㅎㅎ
