if you wanna charge your laptop with a PD power bank. i have tested this power bank earlier. very cheap and true to its 20000mAh capacity power bank. this is what i use.

this power bank comes with 2 cables.
1 foot USB A to USB C cable.
1 foot USB C to USB C cable. which is used in this setup.

if you already have a PD car charger or a PD power bank and you can do little soldering then all you would need a 20v USB PD trigger and cost to make a car charger would be only $2.49
