*Easy* Minecraft 1.8 32x32 Resource Pack Tutorial [PC]

Welcome to creating a Minecraft 1.8 resource pack using Gimp. I did this same thing about a year and half ago, but I felt it needed to be updated. And also the old video's quality was pretty horrendous.
