Minecraft Better RTX - !BUG! - !SKIP TO 1:10! - 32:9 upscale render on/off render issue

Better RTX render bug while in full screen (or windowed full screen) with 'upscale' turned off at 5120×1440 - 32:9.

The bug displays 1/4 of the rendered screen while the other 3/4 shows as black; It also introduces a "lag effect" when moving the camera.

When playing in 21:9 windowed the bug is gone and Better RTX seems to work as intended. Fullscreen with upscale enable also seems to run as intended BUT adds a noticeable grain/blur to the overall image.

Notes -
This bug is present on Kelly's Better RTX Preset & Realistic RTX (TheBlackDragon's Edit) and with or without other RTX related packs enabled
