Chinese cabbage with century eggs teaches one of the many dishes that cooked with Chinese cabbage. Being cooked in broth with century eggs, red and green pepper and wolfberry, this dish helps to nourish the stomach and relieve internal heat.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
2 pcs. Century Egg
1/2 large size Chinese Cabbage
8-10 Clove of Garlic
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp wolfberry
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Salt
PROCEDURE
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash, remove the seed of the peppers and slice them into small cubes.
Peel the century eggs and slice into cubes.
Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage.
Peel and chop the garlic clove into half.
Heat a wok, add oil. Fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the chicken broth. Boil then add the sliced Chinese cabbage.
Cover over medium heat for 4-5 min.
Take out the Chinese cabbage put into a plate.(keep the water)
Make the sauce. Add the wolfberry and the peppers cook for 3 min.
Dilute the cornstarch with water.
After 3 min. add the century egg cook for 2 min. Add salt then add the diluted cornstarch simmer for 1 min. Ready, scoop the sauce, just pour on top of the Chinese cabbage. Serve.
