Cloning vector may be DNA from virus or plasmid of bacterial cell or it may be Artificial Chromosomal molecule like BAC & YAC.
In this video lecture we will discuss Plasmid as a cloning vector and its types.
We will discuss pSC101 plasmid , pBR 322 and pUC 19
