Now this video is LONG. On top of that, I'm pretty sure that different people will have different opinions about what Mark wanted me to do with this guitar. Some will think that for the money spent on alterations he could have bought a different, better guitar in the first place. Maybe so. But (as I've said a number of times) it's not my place to tell a customer what they should or shouldn't want.
To put it simply Mark wanted 1) stainless steel frets 2) a particular floating tremolo bridge and 3) stainless steel neck bolts and threaded inserts to allow easy removal and travel with the guitar.
So that's what I did for him - and this video shows most of the work I did.
This was the 3rd guitar Mark had sent to me; the first two were HB 'Fusion' superstrats - both of which went back to Thomann.
