I'm honored to practice with you friends! This morning yoga flow is great for all levels. We're really going to wake up the body, increase flexibility, and feel good with this 20 min yoga stretch.
To make this more of a beginner yoga flow, have your blocks nearby, take vinyasas with knees on the mat, and remember that all asana is voluntary. If all you do is sit and breathe, you still leave your mat transformed.
As we move through this yoga for flexibility class, please approach your practice with a sense of play. You may find that you explore variations of posture more and you may have more fun!
