This is simple demonstration on how to do the mission Misappropriation in The Desert & Las Venturas, and also how to acquire the Bulletproof/Damage-proof/Explosion-proof/Fireproof Buffalo from that mission.

Everything is BP/DP/EP/FP on the Buffalo except for the tires & windshield.

The mission numbers on my videos are all based on the numbering system listed in the BradyGames Guide, and since that guide is the 'official' standard recognized by Rockstar Games, it enables everyone to reference the mission on the same standard, regardless of any minor faults that may exist.
In the BradyGame Guide:
1) Misappropriation is Casino Mission #6
2) High Noon is Casino Mission #10
