Just a short benchmark on how the new OBS NVENC presets impact NVENC usage

PC SPEC
- Intel i9-9900k
- Z390 Aorus Master
- G.Skill FlareX 32GB (4x8GB 3600 CL15)
- RTX 2070 Super
- Samsung 860 EVO (2x512GB)
- ASUS PG279Q


METHODOLOGY
- I set the refresh rate from 144hz to 60hz and use the v-sync in Nvidia control panel. The reason I did this to reduce any inconsistent in high fps. And also this is NVENC usage benchmark, not fps benchmark.

- Just like the previous video, I ran the GTA V benchmark 5 times before recording to remove any shader compilation so there will be no stutter when recording.

- This recording use the latest OBS 29.0.2 in 1440p resolution, with NVENC H.264, CQP 25, and with all new NVENC presets.
For more information about other settings like profile, keyframe, tuning and etc. will be shown in the beginning of video.
