7th Video - Starting to get back into shape again after being off for 15 years and recently off for 6 weeks after having an operation on my hand. Excuse the state of my gybes, if you have any tips I'd appreciate the feedback. Great morning session at Crow Point, North Devon. 8 - 15 knots South-South Westerlies increasing at the end to about 20 knots. Only one out there! Lovely weather a little chilly on the hands but bearable. It would be really appreciated if you could like and subscribe, it helps to get my videos out there to other people, thanks. Matt
