How to Increase Your Milk Supply

I also want to mention that as your baby gets older your milk supply will adjust according to how much they need. So any pumping would be considered extra milk. That being said, if you pump and see smaller amounts as your baby is getting older that does not mean your milk supply has gone down, it simply means your body is making the exact amount your baby needs.
