It is not that much of a common explicit subject in debating, but economics can be applied to many situations. Most of you have already heard of supply and demand, probably, but there are many other theories that can be applied in a broad sense too. Roel Schoenmakers will give a workshop that is more focused on an international approach to economics, for example certain institutions (IMF, WTO, the World Bank, etc.) or international trade.
