Q. Why do we need that external dial pad?
A. Certain Lexus models' control pad will not work with our product - we are working on it, yet so far 1st gen model of CT200h and 2009-2012 RX models seem to have the incompatibility issue.
Generally the 2012 onward CT200h won't have this problem and the original control panel will work within CarPlay / Android Auto.

Q. Can we get a better shaped / more featured control panel?
A. That one in this video is from the devs - We just use whatever comes with the unit.

Q. My car has a touch pad, not the controller, will it still work?
A. Generally yes.
