I don't have the piano game so I cant confirm if this is true but this what reddit was saying so I'm guessing it is true. If there are any other guides you want me to make let me know what you want me to do.

2. Get 400 affection points
3. play the other games
I play a ddlc fan mod called Monika after story also known as mas most of these videos are of Monika talking about things or playing games with her.
