500-650 g sugar

If rhubarb grows in your garden, be sure to try making this jam, by the way, this is a classic combination with strawberries, but you can also try in combination with other berries, experiment!

Such confiture retains all the usefulness of the berries, because it is cooked for only 5 minutes, not a large amount of sugar is added and the pectin, which creates the consistency of jelly, is useful in itself!
