Spigot Bukkit Tutorial - Setup Your Own Server

Well after some planning and talking to a few Minecrafters I know, I've decided to attempt a Bukkit server playthrough! Since Bukkit is technically shutdown, you now have to go through Spigot in order to create your own server. So instead of just building myself a server, I figured I should show all of you how to do it as well.

This is a simple tutorial on how to install and get your Bukkit server working. If you require a tutorial for Spigot and it's functions, let me know on the comments below.
