Here is a list of my favorite Tinker's tools with a brief breakdown of how to make the tools. This version of the Pack does not have levels on the tools, So you can have a maximum of 5 modifiers, if you can have more, your tools can be much better. These are accounting that you emboss them with paper part.

Shuriken: Bone, Manyullyn, Endstone, Cobalt(Prismarine for underwater).
Modifiers: Unbreakable (Reinforcement x5)

Hammer: Cobalt Plate and Hammer Head, Paper Head, Sponge Handle.
Modifiers: Unbreakable (Reinforcement x5)

Rapier: Manyullyn blade, Cobalt tool rod, Lead Cross Guard. Modifiers: Diamond, Redstone x2(Haste), Wither Bone(Lifesteal)

Cleaver: Manyullyn Blade, plate and tough tool rod, Cobalt tough tool rod.
Modifiers: Diamond, Lapis(Looting 3), Quartz x2(Damage)

Pick Axe: Cobalt Tool Rod and Head, Obsidian binding.
Modifiers: Diamond, Lapis(Fortune 3)/Silky Gem(Silk touch), Redstone x2(Haste)

Excavator:Cobalt Tough Tool Rod and Head, Obsidian binding.
Modifiers: Diamond, Redstone x3(Haste)

Lumberaxe:Cobalt Tough Tool Rod, Large plate and Head, Obsidian binding.
Modifiers: Diamond, Redstone x3(Haste)
